Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time through their account settings. However, cancellation will only prevent future billing. The current active subscription will remain valid until its expiry date.
2. Refund Eligibility
KAST provides access to digital subscription-based services, profile visibility tools, and networking features. Since digital services are activated immediately after successful payment, refund requests are generally not applicable once the subscription has been activated.
However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:
- Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
- Payment deducted but subscription or service not activated.
- Technical issues directly caused by the platform resulting in non-delivery of paid services.
Approved refund requests, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following unlikely events:
- If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- If the payment was deducted from the bank, but the subscription was not activated on KAST.
In such cases, please contact us at support@kast.co.in within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source within 5-7 business days.
