Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to KAST. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. We act strictly as a bridge connecting Artists with Agencies.

2. Role of KAST

KAST is an intermediary. We do not guarantee employment, casting roles, or payments from Agencies. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

3. User Responsibility

Artists must verify Agencies before signing contracts. Agencies must verify Artists' skills. KAST is not liable for fraud committed by either party.

4. Payments & Termination

KAST reserves the right to terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities without a refund.

5. Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect Name, Contact Info, Portfolio (Photos/Videos), and Agency Documents to create your profile.

2. Usage

Data is used to facilitate casting connections. Profiles are visible to registered users. We do not sell data to advertisers.

3. Security

We use secure servers. Payment data is processed by secure third-party payment gateways and is not stored by us.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Since KAST offers immediate digital access to data, we do not provide refunds once a subscription is active.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel renewal at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are only considered for double charges due to technical errors. Contact support@kast.co.in within 7 days.
