Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time through their account settings. However, cancellation will only prevent future billing. The current active subscription will remain valid until its expiry date.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. Since KAST offers digital access to data, casting opportunities, and profile listings immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a subscription plan (Artist or Agency) has been purchased and the account has been activated.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following unlikely events:
- If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- If the payment was deducted from the bank, but the subscription was not activated on KAST.
In such cases, please contact us at support@kast.co.in within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source within 5-7 business days.
