Important: KAST acts solely as a digital intermediary and networking platform.

  • No Guarantee of Work: A subscription to KAST does not guarantee employment, casting roles, auditions, selections, or paid work opportunities. Subscription provides access to platform features, networking tools, and visibility services only.
  • No Responsibility for Conduct: KAST is not a party to any agreement, payment arrangement, contract, or collaboration between Artists, Agencies, Casting Directors, or any other users.
  • User Interactions: Users interact with each other entirely at their own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • Users under 18 may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.
  • Providing fake identity, forged documents, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • KAST may request verification documents to maintain platform safety and authenticity.
  • Verification by KAST does not guarantee 100% authenticity of any user.
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

5. Rules for Artists & Creative Professionals

  • Users may upload only content they own or have legal rights to use.
  • Fake, stolen, misleading, or unauthorized content is prohibited.
  • Artists are advised to independently verify agencies, auditions, and opportunities before participating.
  • All offline meetings, collaborations, and financial transactions are conducted at the user's own risk.

6. Rules for Agencies, Casting Directors & Recruiters

  • Fake auditions, misleading opportunities, scams, or fraudulent job offers are strictly prohibited.
  • Agencies and recruiters are solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of their postings.
  • KAST does not guarantee the legitimacy of any audition, project, or casting opportunity posted on the Platform.
  • KAST may review agency, recruiter, audition, or talent-related submissions before enabling certain networking or communication features on the platform. Review methods may include profile evaluation, contact verification, project discussion, social presence review, or other reasonable checks considered appropriate by the platform to help maintain authenticity and user safety.

7. Subscription & Payments

KAST may offer subscription-based services and premium features.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • KAST does not directly store users’ banking, card, or UPI details on its servers.
  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • KAST is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

8. User Content & Media Rights

Users retain ownership of the photos, videos, portfolios, and other content they upload.

  • By uploading content, users grant KAST a limited, non-exclusive right to display, promote, and showcase such content on the Platform for networking and promotional purposes.
  • Users must not upload copyrighted, illegal, or unauthorized content.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake profiles or impersonating others.
  • Posting fraudulent auditions or scam-related content.
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or exploitation of users.
  • Uploading illegal, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • Spamming, hacking, phishing, or malicious activities.
  • Violating intellectual property or copyright laws.

10. Safety Disclaimer

Users are responsible for their own safety during auditions, meetings, collaborations, travel, or offline interactions.

  • KAST does not guarantee user safety.
  • KAST is not liable for physical, emotional, financial, or professional damages arising from user interactions.
  • Users are advised to independently verify opportunities and individuals before engaging in any transaction or meeting.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links, integrations, or services provided by third parties, including payment gateways and social media platforms.

  • KAST does not control third-party services or websites.
  • KAST is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party services.

12. Suspension & Termination

KAST reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if a user:

  • Violates these Terms,
  • Engages in fraudulent or suspicious activity,
  • Harasses other users,
  • Uploads prohibited content,
  • Or misuses the Platform in any manner.

No refund shall be provided in such cases.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • KAST does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
  • KAST does not guarantee the authenticity of every opportunity posted.
  • KAST does not guarantee professional success, work opportunities, or casting results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, professional, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

KAST shall not be responsible for fraud, misconduct, payment disputes, non-payment, contract disputes, or actions committed by users or third parties.
