1. Introduction

Welcome to KAST (https://kast.co.in). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. KAST is a talent aggregation platform designed to connect Artists (Actors, Models, etc.) with Agencies (Production Houses, Casting Directors). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Role of KAST (Intermediary Status)

Important: KAST acts solely as a facilitator/intermediary. We provide a platform for Agencies to post auditions and for Artists to showcase their portfolios.

  • No Guarantee of Work: A subscription to KAST does not guarantee employment, casting roles, or audition calls. It is strictly for profile listing and access to information.
  • No Responsibility for Conduct: KAST is not a party to any agreement or transaction between the Artist and the Agency. We are not responsible for non-payment of dues by Agencies, unprofessional behavior, or the authenticity of specific audition scripts.

3. User Verification and Fraud Risks

While KAST collects documents to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee 100% authenticity of any user.

  • Artists: You are advised to verify the Agency's background before attending auditions or signing contracts. KAST is not liable for any fraud committed by an Agency.
  • Agencies: You are responsible for verifying the Artist's skills and background. KAST is not liable if an Artist does not show up or lacks the claimed skills.

4. Subscription and Payments

KAST offers subscription-based access. Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). KAST does not store your card or banking details directly on our servers.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the photos/videos they upload but grant KAST the right to display them on the platform for casting and promotional purposes.

6. Termination

KAST reserves the right to suspend or ban any user (Artist or Agency) found engaging in fraudulent activity, harassment, or violating these terms, without a refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State].
